3 Ways to Resolve EOSCCA Account Balance
Now, if you have an old bill that you want to resolve for some reasons maybe because you want to buy an apartment, you are looking for a new job or you just have some extra money to get this thing off from your credit and so on…
So, there are three ways to make payment with EOSCCA, if you don’t know:-
- The first one is to send Money Order (MO) or a Cheque at their mailing address – PO Box 329, Norwell, MA 02061.
- The second one is to pay the debt over the phone by calling customer support at 877-395-5997. Thereupon, a collection specialist will help you in paying by Credit Card/Debit Card/Checking Account.
- The Last One will be paying online at EOSCCA’s Official Website – www.eos-cca.com.
Let us broadly discuss all three ways of making payment to EOSCCA:-
1) Payment By Money Order/Cheque
Paying by MO/Cheque comes as the first option for EOSCCA Payments if you are not comfortable sharing card details over the phone. You can simply send your payment at the above-mentioned address and get done with EOSCCA Balance.
2) Pay By CC/DC/Checking Account
In general, EOSCCA’s Consumer Relations Department recommends paying by phone to all consumers. In this way, You don’t only get a payment confirmation number but also get historical information on Account Opening Date, Closing Date, Billing Cycle, Last Four Digits of Social Security Number on Account & more.
However, In my case, I opened an account with the Telecom Company AT&T. And I eventually got to know that I co-signed this one with my mother. So, I got some more insights on my account after enquiring them about this past due bill.
The calling agent helped me with providing a future reference number and promised to send a Balance Paid in Full (PIF/BIF) Letter within thirty to forty-five days as a part of their commitment.
Note that you can always ask for the zero balance letter or an EOSCCA Zero Balance Letter when in need. And Customer Care Associate of EOSCCA may either FAX or Email it to you as per their timeline policy.
Also, I have seen many debtors receiving Settled in Full (SIF) Letters instantly after making the payment with EOSCCA in some special cases.
Note: EOSCCA only accepts Visa/Master Cards, Checking Account for payment on calls. Cards other than VISA/MASTER like Discover, American Express won’t work.

3 Things to Ask when Paying off the Debt to EOS CCA
- Letter of Debt Validation before payment.
- Ask for Debt Releasing Letter after payment.
- Ask for Credit Deletion/Removal from three major credit bureaus – Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
Here are some more insights on the above points:-
1. Debt Validation Letter
The debt validation letter can be asked to send for validating a debt by the consumer within 30 days of receiving a collection notice from EOSCCA company. The right to know how the debt was incurred is guaranteed to all consumers through the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
2. Debt Releasing Letter after Payment
Once the debt amount is paid to EOSCCA, one can request for a debt resolving letter that shows the account has no more balance to pay. And the account is settled in full or paid in full. To get a letter of zero balance, talk to the account management team of EOSCCA.
3. Credit Deletion Letter
Credit deletion is an important part when paying off an old debt. You never know if the company will actually remove your account from the credit report or not.
Most of the collection agencies like EOSCCA don’t commit to send any credit deletion letter to consumers.
They don’t even give any timeframe for account removal from credit bureau report. As it totally depends on the credit bureau agencies to remove account and they have their own time specified for that.
So, better would be to talk in person directly with the Credit Bureau Agency.
EOS CCA Remove From Credit Report
Before moving ahead and taking care of the due balance, it must be important to check whether EOSCCA will take the account off from credit bureau report or not.
In most of the cases, it takes 30 to 90 days to remove an account from the three major credit bureaus of United States – Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.
No collection specialist or account manager will ever claim for removal of the account from credit bureau report. However, a consumer should always seek for the full and final debt releasing letter.
It is always suggested to all EOSCCA consumers to call credit bureau company for the deletion request.
